Founder and the General Director
Eng. Mohammad Daud Rashiq is the founder of MEHHR and the General Director of the organization. Mr. Rashiq has over 20 years’ experience managing his private business of export and import. He is responsible for the overall management of the country and field offices. Mr. Rashiq provides leadership and direction to senior staff and is involved in the recruitment of the senior management and international staff. Furthermore, he is negotiating and signing new projects with the donors and liaising with donors, UN, INGO and the government of Afghanistan. He keeps an eye on the overall progress of programs in all provinces. Regarding the field offices, Mr. Rashiq is supervising the managers and directors of the field offices. Mr. Rashiq has already developed good relations with high ranking governmental officials both at central and local level which is one his traits.
Miss Nadima Amiri the Deputy Director of the MEHHR organization. She was born in Kabul province. She was the Administrative and Information Technology Director and employee of Shirzad Legal and consulting Services Office. SHe has 8 years of work experience in different NGO's. SHe has bachelors degree in BA, CSC, PSY & SOC from Panjab University Guru Gobind Singh College for women.
Ms. Paidamoyo Mafunda the Gender Advisor of the MEHHR organization. She was born in Zimbabwe country. SHe has 11 years of work experience in different NGO's. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in Linguistics (cum laude) and a Master of Arts Degree in Language for Specific Purposes.
Mr. Prince Nehemiah is from India where he had done his post-graduation and M.Phil degree in Social work. He has over 26 years of experience in Humanitarian and Development work. He had worked with International Organizations in India, Asia and East Africa. In South Sudan he oversaw the Country Programmes and Emergency Programmes of International and National NGOs. He had successfully raised funds from International Donors, UN Organizations and Corporate Foundations for multi-sectoral humanitarian and development projects. Mr. Nehemiah is a certified Project Manager from Asian Institute of Management, Bangkok, Thailand and is well experienced in the Project Cycle Management using the Logical Framework Approach. He also has professional certification in Humanitarian Essentials, Core Humanitarian Standards, Cash Transfer Programmes, Disaster Risk Reduction and other sectors. He has trained thousands of young entrepreneurs in India and mentored them to start their own businesses. Mr. Nehemiah is helping the Programme Team in formulating Organizational strategy and in Programme Development.
Eng. Mohammad Mahboob is MEHHRO's Programme Manager, he was born in 1977 in Nangarhar province. He was the Director of the Afghan General Help Coordination office (AGHCO) where he has managed all over the office activities honestly. He has 20 years of work experience in different NGO's. He has two bachelors degree one in Engineering and the other in Agricultural. Currently, he is pursuing his master's degree in Engineering at KARDAN University.
Admin and Programme Officer
Ms. Lima Durani has completed her graduation in Science from Kabul University and is currently MEHHRO’s Admin and Programme Officer, and has over three years of program and administrative experience. She had worked with International organisations like DABS, GIZ and Mercy Corps in Afghanistan as programs and admin assistant. Ms. Durani has attended several trainings in Project Management and Administration. Ms. Durani can speak English, Dari and Pashto.
HR and Finance Manager
Faridoon Walizada has done his BBA from Maiwand university, he has over 15 years of experience in finance, HR, (M&E)Monitoring and Evolution, program and logistic. He has worked in various projects such as USAID, CIDA, PDT, AWDP, Kick Stand and RET Germany. He has trained thousands of beneficiaries in Kabul which ware IDP, returnee and host communities about career counseling. He is currently working as MEHHRO’s HR and Finance Officer.
Wajiha Sahebzada has done his Science faculty from Kabul university, she has over 2 years of experience in finance. she Worked on ALC (Active Learning Center) as a Math teacher. Able to deal with all types of business transactions, accounting Software and business documentation.
Educational Unit Manager
Obaidullah Amiri is working as our Educational Unite Manager at MEHHRO, he has worked in several National and international NGOs and companies, focusing more on business, women empowerment, and self-sufficiency. he has got his master degree in Business Administration from Kardan University, in progress ACCA – Association of Certified Charter Accountant from American University – Bachelor in Business Administration from Karwan University also he has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and can impact staff through coaching, counselling and influencing others to accomplish the desired outcomes. Playing cricket and body fitness is among his hobbies.
She is an Electronics and Communication Engineer from India’s Premier Institution – the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, India. She is currently working as MEHHRO’s Full-stack Developer and is in charge of the website development and management. Ms Farahmand had previously worked in India with a Telecom Company and she has worked on several projects in Web Application Development as well as published a paper in IJMTE (International Journal of Management Technology and Engineering).
Mr. Najibullah Zafari is th Logistic Officer of the MEHHR organization. he has done his BCS from Kabul Polytechnic University, he has over 3 years of experience in logistic. he can better organise the storage and distribution of goods.
He is a Computer Engineer from Kardan University and currently working as MEHHRO’s Graphic Designer and he has a dynamic and innovative professional with 7th years of invaluable hands-on experience in handling several simultaneous creative design pro-jects, concept creation, graphic design, animation and visual conceptualization. Equipped with the ability to escalate brand awareness by utilizing skills gained in the cre-ative industry, being able to identify opportunities, overcome objections, build long-term mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, workforce, and client, establishing a suc-cessful and lucrative company.
